When I try to make a case due to being banned, if I go to check it out on EA help, i'm told its in "past cases" and I have to resume it. WHen I try to resume it, it looks like it reset all my work on the case and then when I resubmit it, it STILL says I have to resume it and the same thing happens. Advice?
