Can't preload Andromeda

When I load origin and click Mass Effect Andromeda I get the preload button as expected, but when I click on it the screen just flickers a bit and nothing happens.  Video attached.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Running as admin.  Running in various compat mode settings.  Not seeing anything like this on google or the forums.  Not to say there isn't anything, I just didn't find it.

And now the client is working properly.  I had uninstalled IE11 from windows features and apparently components of the client require IE11 to function.  Once reinstalled the client started working as expected.

This resolved.  Symptom didn't match but the process cleared my issue.

Wait, no.  The reset isn't what fixed it.  It moved my view from My Game Library to My Home.  Preload works from My Home but is still bugged out from My Game Library even after the reset.  So performing the preload from My Home was the actual solution.
