So your Xbox Gamertag is connected to an EA Account with an email you can't access anymore. So you cannot change your email on the account because you cannot get through the verification code that gets sent to the old email of yours. Is that correct ?
That is a kind of situation where only an EA Advisor at the EA Support can help you out. Get into a live chat with one and they should be able to change your EA Account's credentials manually from there : https://help.ea.com/contact-us/
