Hello. I'm not sure where this problem would go, so I'm posting to the general forum. I'm trying my hardest to change the email that is linked to my EA account and it doesn't seem to work. It asks me to verify my old email address, which I do. Then it asks me to put in my new email address. After that, it sends a code to my new email address for me to type back into the EA website. When I do this and click submit, the entire site freezes. When I return in a new window, no changes are made. Does anyone have any advice?

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

I had this problem. I think it was caused by the email I wanted to change to was the same email I used for the backup/secondary email. Once I'd changed the secondary email address to a different one, it didn't freeze anymore.

PurpleFlame999, This was exactly my problem. You are awesome. This saved me a huge headache trying to mess with EA customer support. Thank you.
