Buying physical code from another country

I am wanting to buy Star Wars Battlefront for my son for Christmas, but want to buy the code in the physical box in order to wrap it.  We live in Turkey and will be going back to the US for the holidays.  My question is... 
If I purchase the physical copy code (no disc) in the US will he be able to download it from his Origin account once we return to Turkey since it was purchased in another country?

If you are talking about the Origin Client for PC, then yes that will work. The code bought at retail stores in the US can be redeemed from Turkey, just follow these instructions:

1. You will first want to download and install the Origin Client: https://www.origin.com/download
2. Next, start the Origin Client with administrator rights: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/
3. Log in with the EA Account you want to own this game.
4. Click on the Origin menu.
5. Select Redeem Product Code.
6. Enter the product code or serial key from the back of your game manual, then click Next.
7. Now click on the "My Games" tab within the client.
8. There you will find a box tile of your game. Click it and choose download.
9. Once the download and installation has concluded, you can click the game tile again and choose play!
