Bought a broken battlefields hardline key, help please. [ Edited ]

I bought a serial key for battlefields Hardline from [REMOVED], and it turns out that the key was already in use, then i immediately contact their support, and they want me to make Orinin confirm when the Key was activated and by whom, and i tried contacting them, but they could't give me any information about the key.. 

help please.
