Banned/suspended account

So I'm on xbox series s and I decided to try out a couple games on game pass ultimate that were from ea but everytime id try to play id be met with the same message "your account is suspended". I have no clue why I would be suspended in the first place since all i ever did was try out a couple games and uninstalled them since I ran out of room on my console. I check my account and its said I've been suspended since April 19th of 2022. Please help I don't recall ever doing anything that would warrant a ban or suspension.
