Anthem Preorder not finished processing

I preordered anthem legion of dawn edition and it has still not finished processing. I would like to play the demo and am a little angry that it will not let me. Please help. Whenever I try to download it says my internet connection is bad but my internet is fine and works for everything else.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @godfighter007 , the payment for the game will not be taken for some time which is why it may still be showing as processing.

If you are seeing an error about your internet connection then generally this would mean that you are having a connection issue.

Can I ask what is the error that you are seeing?
