Answer HQ Levelup bugged?

Not sure if this is the right place for it. But it seems levelup process at the forums is a bit bugged. 

Profile page: LEVEL TO★ APPRENTICE100%

At top it says: LEVEL ★ APPRENTICE PROGRESS: 100%
