Had my account hacked in the last round of security fails. Banned from Battlelog (Battlefield 4). Sent multiple emails to accountdisputes, no auto-generated response or action. Told by EA online help that isn't actually able to make any account changes and to send an email to accountdisputes in spite of all the others receiving no attention. Told to call the UK call centre (I am in Australia), when I told the EA online help that I wasn't making an international phone call (the cost of time spent on hold likely more than what I paid for BF4) and that I was already on hold for 2+ hours to the Australian call centre, he said that it doesn't exist and was abandoned years ago and to call the UK number. Any help would be much appreciated as the amount of time I have spent over the last week on hold, speaking to EA online help etc. is getting beyond a joke
