i cant find a way to link my google play to galaxy of heroes and i cant find the option from the settings

@Yodaminer Hi, it should be an option when you start up, you'll get an automatic prompt. If you still have this issue today you can click the cog icon in the top right, then see if the 2nd button down on the right hand side indicates that you're currently signed in. 

A device restart might help too.
