If you choose "Download/Installation issues" as your topic when filling in the support ticket then you should get email come up as an option. I've tried this just now on a European IP, an American IP and a Far Eastern IP so regardless of where you are, you should have it available to you if you fill the ticket in now.

I've been having the same issue and got hosed out of the whole "Two Minutes of Hate" / Guitar Central episode tie-in too. It's like I was stuck in a loop. Now that it's over, still no prompt to begin "We don't sell myPods." I have no idea if I ever did part 1 or not, but Lisa does have the option to play the sax; I have used that command several times to see if it would trigger part 2 without success.
I am queued for a live online chat with support and will post my results afterwards.

I just finished chatting with an EA advisor who escalated this case to the Specialist Team for the further investigation and they will reply via email. I'll try to find my way back here with the results - if there are any.

I also could not get King Toots, I contacted EA with a chat and got the building placed in my inventory so the problem is kinda solved for me now. If you have the problem as well, this can solve it.
