Hello. Sorry for my bad english. I have a problem with "The Simpsons tapped out" game. I'm on level 58. Today when i was playing on my tablet, the battery was down. When i'm charge the battery the game put me back at the begining. I have Origin account, I reset my tablet but the problem is same, every time put me back at the begining of the game. Please help.

The usual thing to try in this situation is uninstall/reinstall if you have an Origin/EA account

If I unistall the game and then install again, was my Springfield and my current level  stay saved? Yes, I have Origin account.

, I unistall the game and install again on the same devise. But now game show me next: "Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device before playing."

What should i do now?
