Why won't Simpsons Tapped out load?

My Simpsons tapped out game refuses to load.

This is the third time in less than a month that this has happened

I'm not happy.

and yet, I love playing the game.

I really want it to work.

I deleted and reinstalled  the (android) version of the game multiple times

Please do you best to fix this issue soon.

Since you have tried the uninstall and reinstall method and it did not work. You may need to make sure your device is up to date. If that does not resolve your issue, please contact EA help center.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

My game won't get passed the Gracie film, an the EA donut?

Why won't my game load after the Gracie films, an EA donut . I've been playing for probably over 2-3years I love the game an would hate to give it but this has happened n the past

I am having same problem with it I am using a IPhone 5c this problem has only just started to happen when loading up the game when you first have to download game data it gets to about 280MB/365MB then it just closed and when try to re open it just crashes at donut spinning I have re installed and tried to download data but same result please help
