Switching from Origin to EA

Ever since the switch from origin to ea, when I log into my Simpsons game it will not connect. The game automatically closes. I have been playing this game for two years and now all of my hard work is gone down the drain. I have a Samsung Note 2. What can I do to get my game progress back? Signed frustrated.

Answers HQ is a player-to-player forum so we can't really help with account issues here. For that particular issue you will need to contact an Advisor.

To do so, simply click here and fill in the form (I would suggest choosing "Manage my account" and "Can't log in" from the Select topic drop down menus). Once this is done, you will see the contact method currently available. If it's Live chat, click on the orange button "Chat now" and an Advisor will investigate for you.
