Stuck at Level 38

Hi I was wondering if u could tell me if there is a problem with The Simpsons Tapped Out game regarding level 38. My problem is that I have levelled up twice so should b at level 40 but it's still showing me on level 38. Is it because it only goes upto 38 or is it a fault in the game. Cheers Mr A Bridge

The highest level in the game right now is level 38. Until ea adds more levels, you will level up again and receive donuts.
