Still waiting for help

I'm still waiting for a solution to my problem I can't add friends it says they have not got the game! I've added them and I appear on there game and I even get help from them but they do not show up on my friends list! Are you going to solve this problem I'm having

Me also, have been told my problem since the krustyland update was being passed on higher up and would take time.
I'm nearly 3 weeks with no contact and 5 weeks since I was last able to play..... Customer support is shocking.
