Nope, no game cash to donuts.
However, did you know you can make in-app and in-store purchases with a credit card or bank account?
There's these things called ITunes/App Store and Google Play gift cards (and Amazon App Store gift cards for Kindle), They are all purchasable online (with use of a credit card/bank account)....but they can all be bought in actual brick and mortar stores with real cash! They seem to be available just about anywhere these days; at places like Target, Walmart, grocery store checkouts, Best Buy, other electronic stores, BJ's Wholesale Club, probably Costco, Gamestop, game stores, etc.
All you have to do is go buy one at the store in whatever denomination you want (itunes ranges from $15 to $100, but brick and mortar stores tend to carry up to $50 and Google Play is $10 to $50), go home, get onto whichever app store you use and redeem the gift card. The value of the card will be credited to your account and you're good to go!
