Sacajawea Lisa

Hi
I received Sacajawea Lisa on my iPad on Friday and put her on her first task. When subsequently using the game on my iPhone Sacajawea Lisa had disappeared whilst another Lisa was asked to go on another task. Thinking this odd, I logged back onto my iPad at which point both Lisas were on tasks. When these ended, Sacajawea Lisa had disappeared. Can anyone help please? I've today suffered a similar problem when two Homers appeared! Your help is much appreciated; I'll look forward to hearing from you.
