No Donuts on Simpsons tapped out paid $51.99

Hi, 2 weeks ago I purchased 900 donuts from the itunes store and still have not received any donuts. I understand that this is an ongoing issue that is trying to be resoloved, but I am just looking to get a refund of my $51.99 as quite frankly I am tired of waiting. Please let me know how this can be processed?

How am I charged for something I purchase within the game (In-App Commerce / micro transaction)?

  • Apple App Store: You are billed/charged the same way for any other purchase on your iPhone/iPod; through your iTunes account. If you have any billing disputes or questions, please contact Apple.
