My Simpsons keeps crashing

When it gets to the end of the update it crashes. It’s been like that for 2 weeks. I’ve cleared up storage in my photos, videos, apps I don’t use but the results are the same. I’ve updated to iOS 16.4 on my iPhone 11. There’s no possible way to find any help from EA themselves. I can’t get into the game to reach out through there.
