Log-in error

Every time I try to log in I get a "log in error" message & it says to try again

Are you on Android or IOS? Try clearing the cache if you're on Android and try doing a hard reset if on IOS. To do a hard reset on IOS, hold down the home button and power button until the device completely powers off.
