I am still experiencing this same issue; the quest (named in OP’s thread title) appears as blocked with a red line and the ‘community service’ task is stuck as 4 hours for me, while apparently it was updated to be 24 hours. As such I am stuck unable to do anything about this impossible quest.

Hey! Did you ever find a fix to this? I’ve just bumped into the same problem a couple days ago you know when you spend so much effort on a game and it stops working!

EA aren’t solving this! Been going on nearly a year from what I’ve seen!

@J0yx Unfortunately, you are correct. There is no fix to this issue as far as I know. Sorry it is still going on!
