Game crashes after tree lot reward glitch update

After the latest update to fix the glitch with the tree lot weekly challenge reward, my game crashes repeatedly. It happens as soon as I tap on the "OK" button on the pop up notice tell me that I've been rewarded for the day one challenge. Now I can't play at all! 😩

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game completely? You won't lose any progress if you are playing through Origin. You'll find more tips in this help center article: The Simpsons: Tapped Out Troubleshooting.

Hope you'll be able to access your Springfield again.
