Doughnuts missing

I recently bought my first pack of doughnuts and straight afterwards the game started crashing every time I tried to log in. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game on my device and now my doughnuts aren't there. They where bought on my Galaxy S4 from the Google Play Store. It was a 300 pack and cost £13.99. Please help!!

You will need to contact ea to get them to credit your account. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com/

Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to email ea will come up
