Cannot complete "bad to the bone", Bonestorm Santa is missing!

Has anyone else had this problem? I unlocked Bonestorm Santa two day ago and have yet to see him in my town or inventory, and therefore am unable to tap on him to complete the "bad to the bone" quest. Where is he?!

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here? 

Has the game started counting presents towards the next gift (the nativity scene) or is it still showing Bonestorm Santa as the next thing to win?

Thanks for the advice. I have tried restarting the app, shutting down and restarting my phone, and deleting and reinstalling the app. I still do not see Bonestorm Santa in my town or inventory, and the quest still remains active. The presents I am collecting are counting towards the nativity scene and there is a yellow check mark under Santa showing that he has been unlocked.

Can you think of anything else that I can try? Is anyone else having this problem??

Maybe contact EA help center and inform then of this issue. If you get the option for the call back, I would use that route

Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

If you want a call back, choose that one and enter a phone number for them to call you back!

NOT EVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE! DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TIME DAY, WILL DEPEND ON YOUR OPTIONS!!
