Summarize your bug The game crashes after completion of GL Jabba tier 1 causing missing rewards. I am missing 10 shards to unlock, and this is the second time this has happened to me. I spent 750 crystals on dark side tickets to unlock Jabba today, and am unable to do so. If possible could I get those back please.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play GL Jabba tier 1

Event completed but game crash caused rewards not to be given. Stuck at 320/330. I need ten shards to unlock.

@greenphone I also spent 750 crystals on tickets in the store so I could acquire Jabba today, but since that isn’t happening, could I get a refund please?
