Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. in menu
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? alot
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue?
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to gift
What should be happening instead? I should be able to gift

- Login verification was enabled yesterday after I turned it off and back on

Hi dude.
I fixed it, and worked for plenty people. maybe u can make work for u
go to the store.
go to the third tab
inspect rev pose, seer pose and bangalore skin
go back to second tab and try to gifting again.
so far worked to me and many other friends.

As the title says I can no longer gift anything to anyone but only since the start of Rampart challenges.
During Seer and Fuse challengeng weeks the store was working fine and I had not issues sending gifts,
now the gifting screen simply says "Not found" (sceenshot attached).
I have tried gifting on Steam, EA App and PS5, no platform works.
I also made sure to have been friends with people directly through EA App.
My log in verification is on (screenshot attached).
My ea account is not linking to my ps5 I am singed in on my the system and phone and my login verification is on and it still will not let me send gifts or gift items from the store I am going to miss out on a legendary skin because of it
I have been trying to send my free gifts in Apex for 3 weeks to complete the breakout challenge. However when I open the gifting menu none of my friends show up. Instead I simply see "not found". I have been friends on the in game level for at least two weeks, so I am wondering if you know of any ways to resolve or workaround this issue? For reference I have attached a screenshot below.
I've already made the verification of my account but when I go to the store it says that I can't because I don't have the verification. I've been looking for help and I even did that thing when you open a Windows tab in incognito mode and log in my account, but it stills the same way.
