ive been having problems trying to unlink an old acount from my xbox one and relink a new one i need help

No worries, just get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can access your account to unlink your old Gamertag in order to link a new Xbox or PSN ID: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4

Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private details for their verification process.
