i think ive been banned :/ but ive never cheated

i checked battlelog agency and it said this 

"Player banned

This player has been banned by BA for Crashing in accordance with our ban policy about 4 months ago.
They will be kicked from any Battlefield 4 server.

you can check my stats/gameplay and see that im not cheating. 

this is really frustrating because i cant join 80% of the servers ;(

Sounds like you got banned from Battlefield Agency community. This is a player-run community meaning it shouldn't stop you to join other servers. I recommend that you follow their ban appeal process that was recommended in their message. if you want to continue to play on their servers. 

As stated, you can join any other server not run by the Battlefield Agency Community.

Why is mine account banned from accessing any online features

i have never cheated or did anything else i just played normally and never received a warning and i have been banned for no reason.
