(community) mission progress and dog tags don't carry over from PS3 to PS4

I recently upgraded from PS3 to PS4 and succesfully migrated my player profile. The only thing missing is the progress and dog tags for the missions and community missions. I checked with a friend of mine who upgraded at the same time and he has the exact same problem.

Is this a bug? Can this be fixed?

I put a lot of effort in trying to get all dog tags in this game, so I really hate to loose this progress. Especially the community mission dog tags since they cannot be regained.

That is an odd issue, I've reached out to the community managers to see if they've heard anything on this.

Well, I don't care to much about the mission dog tags because I can always do the missions again and still get them. But the community missions have come and gone, no way to get them again. In any case, thanks for your trouble.
