can't start game battlefield 4......frustrated.....

loaded game drivers up to date and game loads fine. Go to start game and my short cut pulls up pic of bf 4 game. hover over and it says start on right. Go to start it and it does nothing???WTH....payed 65.00 for this game and can't play it.. Is there a way to fix. Why isn't there a live support for this game??? Not a help center that just leads you around. Very mad and frustrated...
