I have two ideas of why you could be banned.

1. You made a post on the forums that would have been warranted bannable, therefore explaining your inability to use Battlelog.

2. It was an incorrect ban, in that case you need to contact customer services.

Does it say anything about the ban in your e-mail inbox?

It's been a few months I was banned, but as I remember, I looked at the email and did not get any explanation about my banishment.
