Xbox 360 S with 250Gb hard drive Battlefield 4 still won't install

I have contacted a game advisor, they could not find a solution so they brought this up to the specialists and it might be a day or two till I get a response, I will make a forum about their response or mail you back. Is your's stuck on the like loading player data screen with the rain and bar at top right. It is not frozen just infinite loop.
