So all the servers in the entire XB One farm crashed last night around 2000 EST. When they did come back up, BF4 will no longer show any unlocks AND it does not record any game stats or anything at all to battlelog. So basically, I lost my active battlepack from the crash, and I get to use scrub weapons and nothing I do matters at all in terms of the game to my stats.
I have seen no ETA on this getting fixed and I did not get the player appreciation (Quite a joke there), battlepack I should have gotten thanks to this glorious issue. Can someone fix this? Maybe give the player community a heads up on what is going on and when it is going to be fixed? Anything? Also, what doies EA plan to do about the stuff lost as a result of this serious outage?
