Unable to launch Campaign or Multiplayer

when i try to launch any game I get this error since last patch.

Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL:[MSVCP110.dll] Error: 0x7E

I have tried to repair install and I uninstalled then did a fresh install of game and I still get the same error. wtf? I updated BF4 and installed WIN 8.1 why is this happening??

Repair the installation, check for another updates. Do you have the last update for your windows, graphic card punkbuster or something like that ? Then restart your computer and try again.

i had this problem too. turned out that i installed the wrong driver

i have another problem when i join a multiplayer match it says You were disconnected from EA Online can i get some help?
