Transferring dlc's from 360 to the one for Battlefield 4

I just downloaded bf4 on my one but i noticed that both china rising and naval strike dlc's were not there but i had them on my 360 everything else transfered but the dlc's

Please keep in mind that only Premium will carry over when you perform the next generation upgrade. DLC's won't transfer with the transfer program. Have you transfered your Battlefield X360 soldier with Premium entitlements to your X1 console?

I see here that you are premium http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/CamelsScareMe/stats/862158489/xboxone/ so there are the steps to import premium to Xbox One:

1. Go to Premium section of BF4 in game store

2. Download premium close BF4

3. restart BF4 and then go back to the premium section of the BF4 in game store

4.  Download all expansions covered by Premium, close BF4.

5. Allow expansions to download, make sure they have installed via the games and apps sections

6. Restart BF4 and go to Multiplayer\ServerBrowser\Serverbrowser filter and add the new maps and game modes in order to find games on the new expansion maps.
