Problems playing bf4

Hey,

I have a problem playing bf4. I only get 2 fps which is weird because my hardware should easily play this awesome game.

I haven i7 2600k, gtx670, 8gb ram. this should be sufficient. Do you have any idea what this could be or that is a bug you already know off.
