Problems linking accounts ( psn and origin )

Hi, i recently bought bf4 for ps4, but when i got into the game it says that i need to login with an origin account, i already have one but when i try to use it i cant... i thought it was cause i need to link both accounts ( origin and psn ) but when i log in here it says that i cant, it seems there's another account linked but i try to unlink it and there's no place where i can do that...

i need EA help...

No worry, you just need to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can check all to your Origin account linked profiles and help you to link your PSN ID. Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private details for their verification process.
