Premium maps not working

Recently had to replace my PS4, so once again installed BF4 along with the premium unlock and expansion packs.  At that point premium was working.. when I started BF4 it had the large "Premium" displaying in the menus, and I was able to join a server running one of the Naval Strike maps.  Now a few days on I've gone in to try play some more, and now it longer says premium and I can't join any premium maps.  I've tried re-installing the game and the patch... everything says installed in the store, and it just will not work.
