Premium and Gold Battle Packs

So I decided that I would go ahead and open all my battle packs from deluxe edition and premium, and most of the unlocks that I got from doing so actually did not unlock. (Only thigns that unlocked where the weapons/attachments) So it says i should have a bunch of double exp, a few camos, and some profile editing emblems, dog tags, and avatars and yet I do not have them unlocked. Any help would be nice, like if this is a common occurence or if it is being worked on.

Got same problem. I opened 3 premium battlepacks and only got from 2 battlepack stuff. The third one with nice camos and some premium custom thing. Didn't added to my loadout. ;/. And got one more problem that. Notification says i got gold battlepack. But i didn't get it. Anyone can help?
