Good afternoon!
I would not be able to get to try to get in touch by facebook, but the service you gave me no choice. Look, a week ago I paid Premium Battlefield 4 via bank transfer and is still as outstanding payment. But I do not know what to do, I'm almost going to complain to the PROCON, the deadline they gave me was 48 hours.
Unfortunately the service is very bad.

As Answer HQ is a public and community driven board, we are not able to handle any kind of purchase or general payment issues. Those issues mostly requiring a check of your private data. I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for further assistance. They can check your account as well as your order history.
