PS4 Issue Connecting to BF4 Premium

Ever since last week, I haven't been able to connect to premium on my PS4. When i select it, it just says "Retrieving data, please wait..." until it fails. I've tried restarting my PS4, signing in and out of the PSN, and everything else that has been recommended. I haven't gotten the dog tags for March yet either, and i was supposed to have them a week ago. So the question is, is the premium service having issues in general or is this a me thing? Thanks!

Also have this problem.  Why is this not sorted yet??!  I paid for a year of Premium and im no longer getting my content.

This is a known issue but unfortunatley there is no fix for it yet. You should see this problem fixed really soon.
