PS3 to Xbox one switch.

I currently have BF4 and premium on PS3, however after aquiring both the xbox one and BF4, I'd like to switch all of my stats and so on over. 

Is there anyway I can do this?

There is currently no possibility to transfer stats etc. from one platform to another.
