Origin wont let me install Battlefield 4

Hello! I recently bought the Battlefield 4 game from a store! When I put the disc in the pc and I opened the run.exe it  started origin I followed the guide and after finishing the guide under the game there was the "prepare for installation". But nothing happended installation didnt proceed not even a folder was made! I tried to download the game but it displayed the same thing. Problem is that I also bought the Battlefield Hardline and installed it normally. After hardline installation I tried again but nothing changed.I re installed origin many times I ran her as administrator in windows xp packs etc but nothing! Any solution? Thank you

If you are on Windows XP then you will need to upgrade your Operating System to play BF4. Do let us know if that is not the case and I am misunderstanding your post.

OS: Windows Vista SP2 32-bit

Processor (Intel): Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz

Hard Drive: 30 GB
