Origin game time not working

I recently got a new computer and wanted to see if Battlefield 4 would run before I bought it, I downloaded it last night and the origin game time thing is on my account. It does not work. Whenever I try to join a game it says that I already have used up all of the game time.

Then, when I got into customer support after waiting 2 hours they said it was a technical error and they would give me the steps to fix it after I hung up. So, I never got that. Can anyone help me? I've already tried making a new account and doing it that way.

I'm running windows 8.1 and every other game runs fine. Including Battlefield 3

We are not able to help you out here as we don't have access to your account or game entitlements. Please keep in mind that we are a public community forum. Have you ever used the BF4 game time on a different account or was it used by a different user in your household?
