My rank was lost

My ID is raizen1up, yesterday I went to play multiplayer version 'PS4' and my rank is reset. Like I'm starting to play at that moment.

But by accessing the Battlelog website is usual, my rank is '20.

Please help me.

I uninstalled the game completely, and put on download again, coming from work today I will see if the problem continues.

this could be a temporary error on the PS network or a server problem which sometimes happens.
