Matchmaking [ Edited ]

Everytiimeee, I want to play online it says matchmaking times out or lost server connection. It happened with the recent beta released aswell. I just bought bf4 and it's really making me angry that I spent the money but the server isnt putting me into the game. What is wrong? And what is happening? How can this be fixed quickly?

This happens to me now, after the last update. The new interface looks cool, but somehow the new update has screwed the game for me.
Endless 'joining server', 'server full' when I know there is only one person, every single game in range has a ridiculously long queue (found one last night that apparently had 35 people waiting to join, which I find hard to believe, given their were no issues before the last update), also keep getting 'match found' message only to be thrown into a game by myself.
