Installing / Downloading Games

Hi all, a few weeks ago i bought my key of battlefield 4 (DLC only) and battlefield 4 (without DLC), the keys worked but some days after downloading the expansions disappeared from the queue, why i don't know.

I tried to reinstall origin, reload it, i tried also the regedit but nothing, the DLCs won't appear.

I checked also the details of the game in origin, it says that i have to buy the expansions but i've already did it, the key worked fine as well and if i put it again Origin won't accept it anymore.

Now i have installed just battlefield 4 without DLCs, I don't know what to do now, anyone can help?

Since the items were in your games library but disappeared this is most likely and account entitlement issue and you will need to contact a Game Advisor at EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us
