I have forgotten my password for Battlelog

Okay, so i made a Battlelog account quiet a while ago, and made it quick and now have forgotten the password. I have also forgotten my password for my email that is connected to my Battlelog and i cant change the password for my Battlelog. I then signed into my PSN account and for some reason it made a commpletely different account and i cant log into Battlelog with that account. I want to know if I can change my Battlelog password with out my email. I have recently got Battlefield 4 and want to do the cool things on Battlelog. Any help?
